At V & L Prints LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. Each item is carefully designed and manufactured using 3D printing technology with attention to detail and craftsmanship.


Returns

Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

For non-custom products, we accept returns within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery, based on carrier tracking information.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Item must not be modified or altered
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 calendar days of confirmed delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage
  • Photos of packaging if damage occurred in transit

Failure to notify us within 5 days may result in denial of a damage claim.

We will review the submitted information and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund if the claim is approved.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Custom Orders

All custom-designed, modified, or personalized products are final sale unless defective.

We work closely with customers during the design process to ensure expectations are clear prior to production approval. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in denial of future purchases and collection efforts where permitted by law.
