2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our website. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Custom Orders

All products are manufactured using 3D printing technology and are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of 3D printing:

  • Minor cosmetic variations may occur
  • Visible layer lines are inherent to FDM printing
  • Slight color variations may occur between filament batches
  • Measurements may vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances

Custom-designed, modified, or personalized products are considered final sale unless defective.

Production begins once payment is received in full unless otherwise agreed in writing. For certain custom projects, a deposit may be required before design work begins.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy.

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

7. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

All product designs, digital models, CAD files, concepts, prototypes, images, product photography, logos, branding elements, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of V & L Prints LLC and are protected under United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

All designs are original works created through proprietary modeling and manufacturing processes.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our designs
  • Reverse engineer our products for commercial or resale purposes
  • Create derivative works based on our products
  • Sell, resell, license, or distribute replicas of our products
  • Use our product images, branding, or marketing materials without prior written permission

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of our intellectual property may result in legal action, including but not limited to:

  • Claims for monetary damages
  • Statutory damages under applicable copyright law
  • Injunctive relief to prevent further infringement
  • Recovery of attorney’s fees and legal costs where permitted by law
  • Restitution for financial harm caused by infringement

We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights.

Product Markings & Identification

V & L Prints LLC reserves the right to emboss, engrave, stamp, or otherwise mark products with identifying branding, copyright notices, or proprietary markings.

Removal, alteration, concealment, or misrepresentation of identifying marks for the purpose of resale, duplication, or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited and may constitute intellectual property infringement.

Third-Party Brand Disclaimer

Certain products may be designed for compatibility with third-party tools, systems, or brands. Unless explicitly stated, V & L Prints LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any third-party brand.

All third-party trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive compatibility purposes.

Venue for Intellectual Property Disputes

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to intellectual property infringement involving V & L Prints LLC shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Utah.

By purchasing from or using this website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

8. Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

Our products are not toys unless explicitly stated.

Some products may contain small parts or magnets and may present a choking hazard. Keep away from children.

Our products are not medical devices and are not intended for medical use.

Improper use, modification, or alteration of products voids any responsibility on our part.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, V & L Prints LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless V & L Prints LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from misuse of our products or violation of these Terms.

11. Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved business accounts.

We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at our sole discretion.

Resale certificates may be required for tax exemption eligibility.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes not otherwise governed by a specific venue clause shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
