Processing Time

All products are made to order using 3D printing. Orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment is received, depending on inventory.

Custom orders have their own timeline, which we confirm with you before production begins.

Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Methods

We ship with USPS or UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 calendar days of confirmed delivery. See our Return and Refund Policy for what to include.
